The education system is alive and changing like us humanbeings. However, in 21st century the technological innovations makes a remarkable change not only in devices but also the human behaviors. This leds a change in students behaviors and classrom tools. So, there's need occurs and this is about the teachers. Their teaching skills and perspectives should be kept up to date.

Firstly, students attention span is shorter than all their ancestors regard to their technological behaviors and what consume on the internet such as reels and short stories.

This could be considered as a controversial issue. However, with well-rounded teachers and their proper education with pre-service and in-service education this would be not considered as an issue but a qualification.

They have beneficial qualities such as the ability to access information. This led them to use variety of authentic materials from all over the world. They could connect with native speakers, play interactive games, and more. Thus, they are able to see language as a social tool easily. Teachers could benefit from that and increase their motivation which is remarkably high. They will come across with English while gaming texting and all the platforms in social media.

In conclusion, teachers and teacher candidates like me, we should be aware of what they consume, like, find eye catching and motivational.
